Heartland Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant in Danville, IL to join our clinical team. You’ll use state-of-the-art technology and work alongside a supportive team to deliver outstanding patient care.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• If required by state act, dental assistant and/or x-ray certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients as they begin their dental journey.
• Review health history to provide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Maintain safe, clean treatment rooms and follow OSHA/CDC guidelines.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
