Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a dental setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data safeguarding is essential.
• Availability for training sessions is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, ensuring their comfort during treatment.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.

Skills

Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (if required)

Dental assisting school certification

Tools

Dentrix or other dental software
