Forum Dental-Lebanons is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team and support our patients throughout their dental journey. You will take X-rays, assist dentists with chairside procedures, and maintain accurate records using Dentrix.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification if required by state.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and safeguarding PHI as required.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate during treatment.
• Review patient health history to inform care.
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostics (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures with four-handed dentistry.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place/expedite orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems and improve workflow.
