Heartland Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. You will greet patients, review their health history, and provide chairside assistance with four-handed dentistry while maintaining Dentrix schedules and records.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, certification in dental assisting and X-ray, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients from the start of their dental journey.
• Review health history to ensure quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed.
