Job summary

RisasDental and Braces in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a friendly, professional bilingual dental assistant to join the Risas Family. You will educate patients on treatments, assist doctors, and help maintain patient flow while working hands-on in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Requirements include bilingual Spanish/English, HS diploma or GED, and X-ray certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months). Coronal polish certification preferred; 1–2 years in dental field preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• X-ray certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Coronal polish certification preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in the dental field preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in all dental procedures and treatment.
• Sterilize, disinfect and prepare instruments and equipment for patient treatment.
• Educate patients on general oral healthcare as directed by the doctor.
• Present treatment to patients based on doctor recommendations.
• Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients efficiently.
• Record patient charting and notes in digital charts as directed.
• Maintain inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with State, Federal and Risas policies (OSHA, HIPAA).
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors in all dental procedures andtreatment
