Job summary

Imagen Dental Partners in Wisconsin is seeking a Dental Assistant for a privately owned practice that puts patients first. This full-time role offers 32-36 hours per week, four days, with no weekends.

Compensation ranges from $20-25 per hour based on experience, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits. You will assist the doctor, maintain a smooth back-office workflow, and uphold OSHA/HIPAA protocols while delivering excellent patient care and fostering a cohesive

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Radiology Certification, CPR, RDA or similar credentials per state.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat patients, and place them in the proper treatment room.
• Assist the doctor during patient care and procedures.
• Maintain back-office operations, including sterilization and inventory management.
• Take, expose, and mount dental radiographs.
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA guidelines are followed.
• Support the team to meet business objectives.

Schedule: We are looking for a full-time employee working 32-36 hours a week. You will be thrilled to know that we work 4 days per week, and NO WEEKENDS!

The office is open from Monday - Thursday from 8-5 PM and Fridays from 7-2 PM.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant is required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dental Softwares as Denticon, is preferred.
