Midwest Dental, backed by Smile Brands, in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused clinic and enjoys working side-by-side with a collaborative clinical team.

You’ll assist dentists, prepare rooms, take X-rays, educate patients, maintain infection control, and help manage patient flow from check-in to check-out in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care

Dental Assistant – Midwest Dental (Green Bay, WI)

Schedule (days/hours)

MON (OFF), TUE-THU (7AM-6PM), FRI (7AM-12PM), 40 minute lunch (except Friday)
