Job summary

Madison Endodontic Associates, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused environment and enjoys collaborating with a clinical team to deliver exceptional care.

You will assist dentists, prepare treatment rooms, take X-rays, educate patients, and help maintain infection control. This position offers a day schedule of Monday–Thursday, 8am–4pm, with competitive pay and benefits within the Smile Brands network.

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post-procedure care.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Schedule (days/hours)

Hours: M-Th 8am-4pm

Compensation

$18-$25/hour
