Job description

Overview

Established Team. Prime Location. Limitless Potential

At Midwest Dental, you’ll join a collaborative community of providers who are passionate about clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and creating an environment where both doctors and teams thrive.

Our North Green Bay practice offer a unique opportunity to step into an established, high-producing office with strong patient demand, robust new patient flow, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry at a high level.

We offer the best of a private practice feel with the support of a larger network, giving you the autonomy to lead your patient care while continuing to grow professionally.

Why You'll Love it Here:
  • Strong earning potential with many providers producing $300K–$400K+ annually.
  • Robust new patient flow and established practices that support long-term growth and production.
  • Established patient base with approximately 2,000 loyal patients and a strong community reputation.
  • Solo Provider practice environment with 4 operatories, 2 dedicated dental assistants, and 2 hygienists providing exceptional clinical support.
  • Practice with real clinical autonomy and the opportunity to expand your scope in implants, endo, clear aligners, comprehensive restorative care, and more.
  • Significant opportunity to continue growing comprehensive and specialty services due to limited nearby specialty competition.
  • Expand your skills through complimentary CE, mentorship, and ongoing clinical collaboration.
  • Join a true clinical community with experienced doctor mentors and readily accessible support.
  • Lead a strong team with systems designed to reduce chaos and improve both the provider and patient experience.
  • Receive meaningful support, not red tape, from operations, marketing, training, talent acquisition, and compliance teams.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry in thriving, family-friendly communities with a strong quality of life, lower market saturation, and access to outdoor recreation, community events, Lake Michigan, Milwaukee, Green Bay, and Kohler.

This established, high-producing practice features a loyal patient base, modern operatories, strong hygiene program and a talented support team that allows the provider to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while continuing to grow clinically and professionally.
