Towncare Dental Partnership in Frederick, Maryland is looking for a Dental Assistant who will be an essential part of the care team, providing high levels of patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and assisting dentists during procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a certified dental assistant qualification, X-Ray certification, and at least a year of experience. We offer competitive pay, benefits including health insurance, and a supportive environment focused on advanced dental technology.

• Completion of a one-year certified dental assistant program.
• 1 year on-the-job experience.
• Expanded Duties Dental Assistant - Required.
• X-Ray certification - Required.

Dental One Associates is looking for a Dental Assistant in Frederick, Maryland to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Position Overview: As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of the care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed)
• Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

• X-Ray certification - Required
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
• High school diploma or equivalent

Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
