Job summary

Modern Dental Smiles in Florida is seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join our doctor-owned practice with three Palm Beach County locations (Jupiter/Juno Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington). This full-time role supports chairside dentistry across general restorative care and routine exams, with 4-handed dentistry and digital X-rays.

You will welcome patients, prepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and help with impressions.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Dental Assisting program / Dental Assistant School (required).
• Valid Florida Dental Radiography certification (or EFDA).
• Friendly, cheerful personality with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and ensure comfort before and during procedures.
• Chairside assisting across general restorative care and routine exams (4-handed dentistry).
• Sterilization & room setup according to health and safety regulations.
• Take digital dental X-rays and assist with basic impressions or tray setups.
• Maintain operatory cleanliness and stock supplies.
