Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during all dental procedures and maintain accurate patient charting.
• Capture high-quality radiographs and images.
• Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to all OSHA and Blood Borne Pathogen guidelines.
• Assist hygienists as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Dental Assisting license, if applicable.
• 2+ years of hands-on Dental Assistance experience.
• Current radiography certification, if applicable.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training as required by law.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Open Dental.
• Experience with Nomad and digital scanning.
• Additional certifications such as Coronal Polishing and N02 monitoring.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office setting.
• Enjoy collaborating with a supportive team.
