Job summary

Elica Health Centers is seeking a Dental Project Director to lead operational projects that improve dental access, schedule utilization, patient volume, and efficiency across our dental program. You will analyze scheduling patterns, identify barriers, and implement strategies to increase completed dental visits.

The role requires proactive, data-driven leadership with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams, monitor results, and drive measurable improvements in patient care and workflow.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Project Management, or a related field required.
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years in healthcare operations, dental operations, or related area; project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge: Dental clinic operations, scheduling, capacity management, patient access, and referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dental provider and hygienist schedules to identify open appointments and opportunities to increase patient access.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize schedule utilization and completed dental visits.
• Lead dental operational improvement projects from identification to implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Dental Operations leadership, clinic managers, providers, and staff.

Education
