Michigan Paving and Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a Density Technician/Laborer to support asphalt operations on highways and private roadways. You will work with hot mix asphalt, assist with paving, and collaborate with crew members to meet schedule targets.

The role requires physical endurance, the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, and compliance with safety procedures. CDL preferred; 1+ year road construction experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must understand and be able perform and meet density requirements including PWL.

Responsibilities

• Working with hot mix asphalt (HMA) by raking, shoveling and assisting with paving.
• Assist crew to pave roadways and perform tasks as instructed by foreman.
