• Develop and maintain relationships with key retail accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and increase market share.
• Manage day-to-day account communication, business reviews, and seasonal planning.
• Lead market appointments, line reviews, and customer presentations.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales performance.
• Provide market feedback to support product development.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive long-term business growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Prospect and secure new retail accounts within the Junior Denim market.
• Lead market appointments, line reviews, and customer presentations.
• Coordinate follow-up actions and ensure timely execution of all customer requests.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Production, and Operations to maximize account performance.
• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for management.
