Job summary

Golden Touch in New York is seeking an experienced Junior Denim Sales Executive to drive growth across our Juniors' Denim business. This role manages and expands key retail accounts, develops new business opportunities, and builds strong partnerships with buyers and merchandising teams.

You will lead market preparation, present season collections, collaborate with Merchandising and Design, and analyze sales performance to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management within retail or denim/fashion sectors.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive long-term business growth.
• Proven capability to identify opportunities to expand existing business and increase market share.
• Strong communication with buyers, merchandising teams, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive long-term business growth.
• Manage day-to-day account communication, business reviews, and seasonal planning.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing business and increase market share within assigned accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for buyers and key account stakeholders.
• Prospect and secure new retail accounts within the Junior Denim market.
• Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
• Negotiate pricing, programs, and business terms while maintaining profitability objectives.
• Lead market appointments, line reviews, and customer presentations.
• Prepare account-specific selling tools, assortments, and presentations.
