True Religion is seeking a Director of Denim Product Development to lead end-to-end denim initiatives from concept through production. You will ensure quality, fit, construction, and cost are aligned with brand standards while driving margins and speed to market.

You will build strong vendor partnerships, manage seasonal calendars, and mentor the Product Development Manager and Wash Manager to foster a high‑performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in denim product development, with 2–4+ years in leadership.
• Expert knowledge of denim fabrics, washes, finishes, trims, and construction.
• Established network of denim factory contacts and manufacturing partners.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end denim product development from concept to production handoff.
• Own denim costing to meet parameters and IMU targets.
• Lead vendor negotiations to secure cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
• Manage seasonal development calendars and ensure milestones and handoffs are on time.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Production and Sourcing.
• Identify process improvements to speed up execution and accuracy.
• Lead and develop the denim product development team and set performance standards.
• Partner with Sourcing to improve margins and vendor capabilities.
• Drive strategic planning to align with seasonal business objectives.
