True Religion in El Segundo, CA seeks a Director, Product Development & Production for Chase to lead denim and sportswear development from concept to distribution. Build a qualified factory base to produce 300–600 unit runs within cost and IMU targets.

Drive rapid development, two rounds of design approvals, and a 90-day PO-to-DC timeline. You will lead factory onboarding, costings, sampling, and production planning with cross-functional teams to ensure speed, quality and commercial viability.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive apparel product development, sourcing, and production experience with leadership responsibility.
• Direct relationships with sportswear and denim factories to onboard small runs (300–600 units).
• Ability to meet cost targets and IMU requirements for low-volume programs.
• Ability to obtain samples within two weeks and manage two rounds of design approvals.
• Experience delivering a 90-day lead time from PO to DC receipt; manage factory production and freight.

• Own costing and negotiate with factories to meet costing parameters and IMU targets.
