Job summary

True Religion Brand Jeans seeks an Associate Manager, Production – Denim (Off-Price) based in El Segundo, CA. You will own the denim product development lifecycle from SMS to production-ready garments for Men’s and Women’s collections, coordinating with global vendors to meet GTM calendar deadlines.

You will lead master WIP reporting, drive daily development activity, partner with Design on trims and wash standards, and handle initial costing to keep projects within cost parameters, while

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years in fashion/apparel production, sourcing, or product development with a denim focus.
• Knowledge of denim product development lifecycle from sketch to production-ready garments including washes and trims.
• Experience building and managing WIP reports and development tracking tools under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) for data tracking.
• Experience communicating with a global vendor base across multiple time zones.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in Fashion.

Responsibilities

• Own the denim product development lifecycle from SMS through production-ready garments for Men’s and Women’s collections, aligning with GTM Off-Price calendar deadlines.
• Maintain, distribute, and verify the master WIP report and ensure proto inputs are complete and communicated on time.
• Drive daily development activity via proactive vendor communication to surface issues and propose solutions.
• Partner with Design on approvals for trims, artwork, and wash standards and communicate approvals to vendors promptly.
• Lead initial costing and cost-engineering to keep development within cost parameters.
• Own seasonal production validation meetings and weekly vendor calls to review TNA and risks.
• Monitor garment production timelines and escalate risks with recommended resolutions.
• Utilize Excel and PLM systems to manage WIP data and due dates across cross-functional teams.
• Review and resolve quality issues with cross-functional teams to prevent repeats.
