True Religion is seeking a Director of Production - Denim in El Segundo, CA. You will own denim bulk production from handoff to shipment, ensuring quality and on-time delivery while optimizing costs and factory performance.

The role requires strong leadership, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with product development, merchandising, logistics, and sourcing to protect margins and accelerate speed to market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in denim production.
• 2-4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing bulk production from handoff to shipment.
• Proven ability to drive on-time delivery and cost control.
• Experience with production calendars and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead denim bulk production from approved handoff through shipment.
• Validate factory capacity, material readiness, and schedules.
• Manage factory performance, reporting, and corrective actions.
• Own production calendars and critical path to avoid delays.
• Partner with design, product development, and sourcing to ensure specs and quality.
