Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and quantities.
• Solicit subcontractor quotes and build the bid for owner submission.
• Create earthwork takeoffs and quantity estimates for material needs.
• Construct the bid by adding activities, crews and equipment.
• Present bid proposals to owner or general contractor within deadlines.
