Job summary

HUXWRX Safety Co. in Millcreek, Utah is seeking a Sales Operations & Demand Planner to bridge Sales and Operations, turning customer demand into actionable production priorities.

This in-office role supports material availability, capacity, and scheduling decisions while ensuring clear communication of order status and risk to stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales team to interpret customer needs, forecast accuracy, and order timing, enabling timely and informed production plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in sales operations, demand planning, production planning, or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or product-based environments.
• Ability to translate sales and customer information into operational requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Operations teams.
• Advanced Excel or equivalent analytical tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales reps and leadership to understand customer requirements, open orders, demand and priorities.
• Translate backlog and demand into a rolling demand outlook.
• Maintain visibility to sales pipeline and evaluate opportunities for timing and product mix.
• Communicate forecast changes and risks to production planning and procurement.
• Provide input to the planning process and maintain visibility to open orders and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Production Control on priorities, capacity, and scheduling.
