Job summary

Wasatch Labs is seeking a Production Scheduler in Utah to create and maintain daily and weekly manufacturing schedules. You will update plans based on material availability, equipment capacity, and customer priorities, release work orders in DEACOM ERP, and track progress with Monday.com.

Collaborating with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service, you will identify scheduling conflicts, communicate changes, and support continuous improvement while complying with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or administrative support.
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred; DEACOM ERP experience is a plus.
• Experience using Monday.com or similar project management software is preferred; proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules.
• Update production schedules based on material availability, equipment capacity, and customer priorities.
• Release and maintain work orders in DEACOM ERP; monitor progress and communicate changes.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate issues to the Production Planning Manager.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service on schedule updates.
• Assist in planning around inventory availability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
