Job summary

HOEM is seeking a Sales Operations Demand Planner to connect Sales, Operations and Purchasing, turning customer insights and market trends into accurate demand plans that guide production and inventory decisions.

This hybrid role at our Burnsville, Minnesota site involves forecasting, trend analysis and collaboration with the commercial team to spot opportunities, support new programs, and drive growth while serving customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in demand planning or sales operations.
• Advanced Excel user.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements.
• Demonstrates HOEM values: Courage, Ownership, Respect, Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales forecast creation with input from customers and the commercial team.
• Facilitate resolution of planning issues between Sales, Operations and Purchasing.
• Review historical trends and develop forecast data and models.
• Provide insights to drive decisions on sales, inventory and purchasing.
• Collaborate with the commercial team on growth opportunities and launches.
• Utilize ERP and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Lead new item/program launch forecasting with cross-functional partners.
• Support other projects as assigned.
