Job summary

HUXWRX Safety Co. in Millcreek, UT, is seeking a Master Production Planner to translate demand into actionable production plans that support on-time delivery and optimal use of materials.

You will coordinate with Sales Operations, Production, Procurement, Inventory and Quality to maintain schedules, manage capacity, and minimize backlogs. This in-office role requires strong Excel skills, ERP/MRP experience, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or related function.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems to plan production, release orders, and maintain planning data.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate demand into schedules.

Responsibilities

• Translate validated demand into a detailed master production schedule.
• Develop and maintain schedules balancing inventory, supply, capacity, and priorities.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations to understand requirements and delivery dates.
• Maintain visibility to incoming inventory and incorporate receipts into planning decisions.
• Release, sequence, and maintain production/work orders per the plan.
• Communicate deviations and recovery actions across functions.
