Ideal candidates have a BS in business/engineering or supply chain, 2–3 years in a cosmetics facility, and certifications such as APICS/CIPM/CPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or supply chain preferred.
• 2-3 years in a high-performance manufacturing facility, cosmetics preferred.
• APICS, CIPM, or NAPM, CPM certification preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel; pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing activities for full buy with contract manufacturers.
• Oversee daily operations to align with monthly production plan and inventory control.
• Drive performance improvements and agility with contract manufacturers.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, Industrial Quality, and CM teams.
• Support launch timelines and maintain service levels.
