Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the development and implementation of data-driven sales intelligence tools and S&OP processes. You will ensure forecast accuracy and drive optimal inventory and financial forecasting alignment across manufacturing and supply chain partners.

The role requires strong leadership, AI forecasting familiarity, and expertise in Power BI/Domo for data visualization. Travel may be required as part of coordination across teams and global meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of sales forecasting experience required.
• Demonstrated experience or familiarity with AI forecasting applications and demand-sensing platforms.
• Ability to analyze and communicate numerical data.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Domo) required.
• Experience leading or developing others, either directly or through project leadership.
• Capable of using data analytics to influence business decisions and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the Demand Planners.
• Manage end-to-end demand signals and optimize inventory with AI and ML insights.
• Provide guidance to staff and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct performance appraisals and development opportunities for the team.
• Act as change agent in support of initiatives and process improvements.
• Offer input on statistical models and history-based forecasting.
• Monitor and adjust forecasts based on actual demand and market trends.
• Coordinate with Product Management to phase in/out products.
