RealTruck is seeking a Demand Planner who builds cross‑functional relationships and translates data into actionable forecasts. You will work with Sales, Commercial Planning, Finance and Marketing to gather insights and drive timely demand plans.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations. Travel is not required, and RealTruck offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Proficient in understanding fundamental business management and supply chain principles.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources to develop, implement, and execute timely and accurate demand forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and optimize logistics.
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Excel, BPCS, and PowerBI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
• Analytical with capacity to analyze customer data and tools.
• Adaptive to fast and continuous change.
• Strong mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate demand forecasts by item for the accountable segment.
• Integrate customer insights and seasonal volumes into forecast.
• Improve forecast accuracy and reduce WMAPE and Bias.
• Maintain 52-week forecast by item by distribution center.
• Provide analysis to Sales and Operations for supply planning.
• Support monthly Demand meetings and incorporate feedback.
• Lead special projects across teams (seasonal, new product launches).
