Job summary

Freemotion from iFIT is seeking a Manager of Demand Planning to lead a team within an IBP framework, shaping the wholesale demand plan and ensuring alignment with S&OP and S&OE cadences.

The role partners with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution to translate demand signals into actionable priorities, leveraging AI-enabled forecasting and analytics for improved accuracy and business value.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with multiple direct reports.
• Experience with IBP, S&OP, and/or S&OE processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with data-driven actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Demand Planning Function within an IBP framework and own the rolling wholesale demand plan.
• Consolidate inputs into a cohesive demand plan for enterprise planning and present outputs for IBP leadership forums.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team of demand planners and establish standard work and accountability measures.
• Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions to translate demand signals into actions and risks.
• Lead AI-enabled forecasting initiatives using statistical, ML, and LLM-supported approaches.
• Translate demand into capacity, inventory, sourcing, and service level implications and manage trade-offs.
