Job summary

Wella North America is seeking a Sr. Demand Planning Manager in Calabasas, CA, hybrid—3 days onsite.

You will lead the S&OP demand planning process for a complex multi-brand portfolio, translating market insights into accurate forecasts that drive business performance and stakeholder consensus. Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain leaders to optimize inventory, launch new products, and advance AI-enabled forecasting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in demand or supply planning within a global, multi-brand environment.
• Experience leading a planning team of 4+ professionals & coordinating cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP demand planning for North America and present to senior leadership.
• Influence across a matrixed org with data-driven storytelling and concise recommendations.
• Own demand signal for a complex multi-brand portfolio and improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to build forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive capacity and inventory planning, and support new product launches with validated forecasts.
