Job summary

Incora is seeking a Demand Planner II to join the team in Indianapolis. The role focuses on creating a 0–3 month Demand Plan, analyzing forecasts, and maintaining data accuracy across JDE/SAP systems.

You will work with Customer Operations, Implementations and the Demand Planning Manager to translate forecast changes into actionable plans. Responsibilities include managing exception messages, generating reports, and supporting monthly planning cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, demand planning or inventory management.
• Experience with data systems (JDE/SAP) preferred.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting abilities.
• Ability to drive process improvements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a 0–3 month Demand Plan with cross-functional input.
• Analyze forecast data, manage exception messages and report findings.
• Coordinate with customer account coordinators on short-term changes.
• Run reports to monitor trends and improve ordering recommendations.
• Support forecast planning cycle and contribute to process improvements.
