The Demand Planning Analyst II executes and improves forecasting processes for a defined product portfolio, channel, or business segment. This role is responsible for producing accurate, data ‑ driven forecasts, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to validate demand assumptions, and supporting supply planning with actionable insights. The Analyst II works with moderate complexity—such as multiple SKUs, product lifecycle considerations, or variable customer demand—and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning function.
