Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will develop demand forecasts, analyze customer trends, and support production and inventory planning.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels across the organization. Responsibilities include monitoring forecast performance, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement in demand planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in consumer products, paper, packaging, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business insights.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to support demand planning and S&OP.
