Sofidel America is seeking a Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will develop demand forecasts, analyze trends, and support production and inventory planning across functions including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.

The role emphasizes forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and collaboration to meet service levels. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in demand planning ensure you can contribute to our growing global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 1+ years in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or analytics.
• Experience in consumer products or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and trends.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and supply constraints to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory, service levels, and demand metrics.
• Identify demand fluctuations and recommend improvements.
• Align forecasts with manufacturing and procurement strategies.
• Support new product introductions with forecasting input.
• Utilize planning systems and analytics to improve accuracy.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on demand trends and performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.
