Job summary

Join Eptura, a global leader in worktech, as a Demand Generation Specialist in Atlanta. You will drive multi‑channel campaigns across email, webinars, digital ads, events, and ABM programs to build pipeline and revenue.

You will partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize ABM efforts, analyze data for performance improvements, and manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment. This hands‑on role emphasizes campaign execution and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.
• Experience supporting ABM programs.
• Experience executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with marketing analytics, reporting and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated demand generation campaigns designed to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables across digital, content, product marketing, sales and operations teams.
• Manage campaign timelines, project plans, assets, approvals and launch schedules.
• Support email, pre/post-event, paid media and nurture programs.
• Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time across all marketing channels.
• Support planning and optimization of ABM programs with sales teams.
• Track campaign performance and report on engagement, leads and ROI.
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to marketing leadership.
