We're on a mission to drive smarter, more scalable digital strategies—and we’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketer to build pipeline, fuel our sales team, and drive measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

As our Demand Generation Marketer, you will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline, and increase customer adoption. In this role, you’ll report directly to our VP of Marketing and closely collaborate with content, paid media, and sales teams to create integrated campaigns that span across inbound, lifecycle, and event marketing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the demand generation strategy for the business, focusing on pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Launch and optimize integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events/tradeshows, video, and content syndication
  • Be a confident spokesperson for the brand—on camera, on webinars, and live at events
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) to fuel social and lead gen campaigns
  • Represent Dealers United at industry events and tradeshows, including live presentations and booth presence
  • Develop offers, landing pages, and nurture flows that convert top-of-funnel traffic into sales opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to build campaign kits that include case studies, sales enablement decks, webinar presentations, etc.
  • Drive content ideation and support campaign production, testimonial interviews, and campaign storytelling
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing workflows in HubSpot
  • Support and extend the reach of paid media campaigns through organic and partner channels
  • Track and optimize campaign performance using KPIs like MQLs, SQLs, CPL, and pipeline velocity
  • Collaborate weekly with our Paid Media Content Marketer to align campaign themes, targeting strategies, and creative execution

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or B2B campaign management
  • Strong command of campaign planning, lead funnel metrics, and buyer journeys
  • Experience running email campaigns, webinars, and lead nurture flows
  • You’re comfortable to get behind the camera or get on stage and share thought leadership
  • History of executing tradeshow events and all corresponding moving parts
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across content, paid media, and sales
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Bonus: Background in automotive or AdTech industries

This role works in partnership with our Content Marketer, who owns paid media campaigns. You’ll collaborate on messaging, targeting, and creative assets—ensuring campaigns are consistent across paid and owned channels. Together, you’ll drive full-funnel alignment from first click to closed deal.

  • Marketing-generated lead pipeline volume and velocity
  • Improved lead-to-demo and lead-to-sale conversion rates
  • Increased webinar/event attendance and content engagement
  • Higher efficiency (lower CPL and higher conversion) from integrated campaigns
  • More upsells, referrals, and expansion revenue via nurture strategies
