Logile is seeking a results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to support the delivery of targeted lead generation and nurture campaigns that fuel customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will focus on developing, executing, and optimizing marketing programs across multiple channels to generate qualified leads and accelerate the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, a passion for B2B marketing, and experience in executing high-impact demand generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Campaign Development
·Collaborate to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
·Leverage email marketing, webinars, paid media, content syndication, and other channels to reach target audiences.
·Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and target account strategies.
Marketing Automation and CRM Management
·Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.ai) to create, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns.
·Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted outreach and engagement of ICP.
·Track and nurture leads throughout the marketing funnel using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce).
Performance Tracking and Analytics
·Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROI).
·Use insights from data to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality and volume.
·Assist in the development of dashboards and reports for stakeholders to showcase campaign effectiveness.
·Assist in the management and execution of campaign workflows, reporting and development specifically for use in HubSpot and Apollo.ai.
Content Strategy and Collaboration
·Collaborate with the content marketing team to suggest compelling materials that support demand generation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts.
·Develop messaging that resonates with target personas and stages of the buyer’s journey for all outbound campaigns.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
·Support ABM initiatives by identifying key accounts and creating targeted campaigns to engage and convert them.
·Collaborate with sales teams to personalize outreach efforts for high-value accounts.
Event and Webinar Coordination
·Execute virtual and in-person events that generate leads and drive engagement.
·Manage event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-ups to ensure lead conversion.
Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
·3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, inside sales, or a similar role.
·Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.ai) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
·Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and reporting campaign performance.
·Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies and tactics.
·Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
·Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
