Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients, steering targeting, budgets, roadmaps and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, handle bidding, testing, and conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels, and craft 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client with clear

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built, run and optimized.
• Proven record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution: GA4, Tag Manager, platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and articulate the numbers on calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
