Blacksmith Agency is a remote-friendly AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice setting budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative for campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

You’ll drive 90-day and quarterly plans, optimize campaigns, and ensure accurate attribution.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta; campaigns built and optimized by you.
• Proven record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client, with the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Demand Generation Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
