Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to own paid media for a B2B and growing-brand book of clients. You’ll set strategy, allocate budgets, and drive the narrative when clients ask why. You’ll be the strategic voice guiding campaigns across major platforms.

You will own ROAS, CPA, and pipeline improvements, handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment, and communicate clearly with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client pipelines.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
