Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing brands. You’ll steer budgets, bidding, targeting, testing, and the narrative for clients.

You’ll lead GA4 tracking, conversion attribution, and 90‑day roadmaps, driving account growth, retention, and upsell across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
