Join to apply for the Demand Generation Manager role at Imagine360.

Imagine360 is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team! The Demand Generation Manager will help take our growth to the next level by developing and executing product-level campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline growth to meet company targets. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with sales and product marketing to create and execute multi-channel campaigns and leverage data insights to optimize initiatives. If you are passionate about managing impactful campaigns and optimizing marketing strategies to achieve business goals, this opportunity is for you.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Campaign Execution: Design and implement both short-term and long-term multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, PPC, social, web content) to achieve target MQL, SQL, pipeline, and bookings goals.
  2. Collaborative Content Strategy: Partner with our Product Marketing team to understand the value propositions of products, the assets available to promote in campaigns, and the target segments and personas. Leverage input on target segments and personas to guide the creation of promotional content (emails, ad copy, landing pages) tailored to the target audience. Ensure consistent messages across all channels.
  3. Campaign Management & Optimization: Set clear campaign goals and metrics, and continuously monitor results to refine initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to implement and optimize lead qualification, scoring, and routing methodologies.
  4. Sales Partnership: Partner with Inside Sales team for ongoing communication and closed-loop feedback on leads and programs for continuous improvement.
  5. Additional Tasks: Perform other marketing tasks as needed in support of demand generation initiatives.
Required Experience/Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles within healthcare
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data and key performance metrics
  • Ability to write/edit persuasively, clearly, and succinctly
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with high-quality, timely execution
  • Collaborative orientation with the ability to effectively partner and motivate across functions and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of contributing positively to team culture, working collaboratively, and being accountable
  • Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
