Mission-

DoorLoop is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This role will be instrumental in shaping our demand generation strategy, optimizing campaign performance, and fostering strong collaboration with sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation & Segment Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in evolving our demand generation engine, leveraging data-driven insights to build and scale programs across various market segments.

Responsibilities-

Strategic Campaign Leadership

  • Develop and own comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives for your assigned market segment(s) (e.g., Emerging & Small Business, Mid-Market & Enterprise).
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, events, and ABM strategies as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Digital teams to craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and assets tailored to target personas.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring seamless and timely execution that supports GTM priorities and sales targets.

Pipeline & Revenue Accountability

  • Drive the generation of high-quality leads and directly contribute to sales pipeline growth, focusing on programs that support specific business goals and sales plays.
  • Partner with sales leadership and RevOps to monitor full-funnel progression, identify conversion bottlenecks, and optimize demand flows for maximum efficiency and ROI.
  • Forecast contribution to pipeline and revenue, providing regular updates and insights to key stakeholders.

Performance Optimization & Analytics

  • Champion a data-driven approach, continuously monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and translating insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing across channels, refining targeting, messaging, and sequencing to improve conversion rates and program effectiveness.
  • Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and present learnings to marketing and sales leadership, informing future strategy and investment.

Sales Partnership & Enablement

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with SDRs and Account Executives, ensuring seamless lead follow-up and maximizing lead-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Develop and deliver campaign briefs, sales playbooks, follow-up cadences, and enablement content to empower sales teams and optimize their outreach efforts.
  • Act as a central point of contact between marketing campaigns and the sales organization, gathering feedback and driving continuous alignment and improvement.

Marketing Operations & Scalability

  • Design and manage sophisticated marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing programs, and lead scoring/routing mechanisms to support diverse buyer journeys and drive engagement at scale.
  • Ensure robust campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting infrastructure are accurately implemented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data teams to enhance dashboards and provide deeper, data-driven insights across the marketing and sales funnel.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in B2B demand generation, with a proven track record of managing successful integrated campaigns, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior role, driving strategy and execution for pipeline generation.
  • Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with sales, product, content, and digital teams.
  • A proactive, results-oriented, and team-first mindset with a passion for continuous experimentation and optimization.

Location-

This is an on-site position 4 days a week in our New York City office, with 1 day remote.
