Overview:

As a member of the Demand Generation team, reporting into the Marketing Department, the successful candidate will execute and optimize Mitel’s Demand Generation programs. The ideal candidate must be results-driven, data-driven with proven expertise driving leads through the lead cycle for successful conversion. In this position, you will be a key part of driving opportunities for sales and contribute to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead flow, ensure proper lead routing, and monitoring conversions throughout the lead cycle
  • Monitor campaign goal pacing and performance to provide regular reporting to management
  • Measure, analyze and optimize on campaign performance
  • Ongoing optimization / improvements to drive towards program goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement on demand generation strategies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years Demand Generation experience
  • Direct experience working in B2B SaaS or technology space
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other Marketing tools
  • Ability to implement campaign plan to achieve campaign goals
  • Attention to detail in performance analytics and in generating reports
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across several Marketing functions
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or high school diploma + relevant experience
