Impact Networking in Chicago seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to plan and optimize programs that raise awareness and drive demand. You’ll own webinar strategy, support SEO and paid media, and help create content for omni-channel campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of strategic marketing, hands-on campaign ownership, experience with AI-enabled workflows, and strong writing and analytics skills. You’ll collaborate across marketing and sales, and measure results to scale the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic marketing experience with strong digital campaign ownership.
• Proven experience managing webinar strategy and execution.
• Enthusiasm for using AI to enhance marketing execution.
• Strong SEO strategy and local optimization capabilities.
• Experience with technical site health and content optimization.
• Experience supporting paid media strategies across PPC and social.
• Proficient with marketing metrics and reporting tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio.
• Comfortable using AI tools and agent-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize digital channel strategies for brand awareness and pipeline growth.
• Provide execution support across key digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute omni-channel strategies aligning messaging and user journeys.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and stakeholders to meet business goals.
• Own webinar strategy from planning to post-event reporting and optimize with ON24.
• Coordinate with hosts, speakers, and partners for seamless delivery.
• Support SEO and content optimization with keyword research and site health.
• Contribute to paid media planning and performance analysis.
