Job summary

Yardstik is seeking a demand marketer to build programs that bring the right companies to Yardstik. You’ll own signals like intent data, website activity, and partner signals, turning trust into pipeline for our sales team.

You’ll run email campaigns, landing pages, and testing, own the sending infrastructure, and measure performance across channels so results are clear and actionable across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years doing demand gen or growth work on a marketing team.
• Strong writing ability and campaign execution skills.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, scoring, and routing.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage signal engine: intent data, website activity, partner activity, triggers for sales.
• Build and run email campaigns: nurture, re-engagement, and sequences.
• Own sending infra: domains, warm-up, deliverability; manage landing pages and testing.
• Ensure fast routing of inbound leads to the right rep; run multi-channel campaigns and report results clearly.
