Job summary

Wallarm, an AI-first enterprise security company, seeks a Marketing Program Manager to own our webinar program and event-led pipeline growth. You will partner with product marketing and sales to design, promote, host, and follow up on webinars and events, driving engagement with security and infrastructure audiences.

You’ll optimize nurture flows, manage our marketing stack, and report performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B demand generation or marketing programs.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work.
• Track record running recurring webinars/events linked to pipeline.
• Familiar with marketing automation platforms and Salesforce.
• Experience driving pipeline or opportunities.
• Collaborative cross-team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead our webinar program from content to distribution and follow-up.
• Turn events into measurable pipeline by coordinating with AEs.
• Refine lead scoring and routing with sales for handoffs.
• Create and test email journeys for nurturing non-ready contacts.
• Grow owned channels: email, landing pages, site optimization, social.
• Maintain marketing automation platform and CRM integrations.
• Report on pipeline and program impact monthly to leadership.
