Job summary

Limina is seeking a driven demand generation marketer to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns that turn privacy, security, and data leaders into engaged prospects. You’ll own webinars, emails, content, events, and paid channels while collaborating with our MDR to move conversations toward sales.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across demand generation functions and see your work reflected in pipeline metrics and MQLs as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or related roles; internships count.
• Able to ship campaigns from idea to launch on deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset: interpret results and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Clear, compelling copy for emails, landing pages, and ads for technical audiences.
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM platforms; plus: LinkedIn ads experience.
• Strong relationship skills and willingness to collaborate across teams.
• Curiosity about data privacy, AI, and compliance; proactive and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated campaigns from brief to launch across emails, landing pages, and forms.
• Run the webinar program end to end: topics, speakers, promotion, and follow-up.
• Promote content across owned, earned, and paid channels including LinkedIn and partnerships.
• Support paid media with audience building, ad copy, and performance tracking.
• Grow the database with accurate segmentation and clean target lists.
• Coordinate event promotion and timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Develop assets from campaign content and case studies for sales teams.
• Report on campaign performance and recommend optimization actions.
