Job summary

Paces is seeking a Demand Gen Lead to accelerate renewable infrastructure go-to-market from our Brooklyn base. You’ll own the demand engine, drive ABM programs, and orchestrate AI agents to power marketing workflows, partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to sharpen ICP and optimize CAC.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in demand generation or ABM in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on ABM: segmentation, target accounts, multi-channel programs.
• Agent-first role design and operation for marketing workflows.
• Expertise with marketing automation, attribution, and ABM tooling.
• Experience partnering with sales on pipeline targets and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Build a repeatable pipeline engine across paid, organic, ABM, events.
• Lead ABM motion: segmentation, target lists, personalized programs.
• Design and operate AI agents for marketing workflows.
• Launch full-funnel attribution linking spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to sharpen ICP.
• Own the demand gen strategy, channel mix, and bench quality.
