Job summary

Paces is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive in Brooklyn to accelerate power development with AI-powered tools. You’ll drive enterprise deals, own the full sales cycle, and play a key role in expanding a climate-positive revenue stream.

You will build a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and work in a hybrid office setting in Williamsburg, NY, with a competitive equity package and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quota carrying in B2B SaaS or infrastructure/energy development.
• Self-sourcing 40–50% of your pipeline and loving outbound.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota consistently.
• You own the full enterprise deal lifecycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, close.

Responsibilities

• Sell transformation to executives building America's energy future.
• Master consultative selling into technical buyers and economic decision-makers.
• Generate and manage a pipeline supporting a ramp to a $1.2M annual quota.
• Drive 40–50% outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline.
